Ladies and Gentlemen,

Wow! It's that time again. The Hendersonville Rotary Club's 6th Annual Festival By The Lake is just around the corner. At this time, we are in search for some great vendors to help make the Festival a huge success. We need you!

Where else do you have the opportunity to display your products and/or services to thousands of people at an event that has all of the elements: fun, food and entertainment, all in one place?   Oh, did I mention the Wacky Raft Race, the Elvis Impersonator Contest, plus LIVE music!

For your information, we produce this event each year on behalf of the Hendersonville Rotary Foundation, which distributes funds to benefit several community charities, including: Gene W. Brown and George Whitten Elementary School’s Bike/Helmet Programs; Community Child Care Services; The Hendersonville Samaritan Association; Rotary’s Guatemala Dental/Vision Medical Excursion, Rotary-Sponsored Scholarships, the Rotary International Polio Plus Program and so much more. 

We have a variety of vendor booth sizes to fit your needs! The costs are as follows:

Non-Profit
10' X 10', without electricity - $40 
(electricity, not available for non-profit booths)

Retail/Misc.
10' X 10', without Electricity - $75
10' x 10', with electricity - $125

Food Vendors
10' X 20', without electricity - $250
10' X 20', with electricity - $300
20' X 20', without electricity - $350
20' X 20', with electricity - $400

Cost of booth space includes rental fee only. Should a vendor require electricity, there will be an additional $50 charge (see above chart). All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, signs, equipment, etc. Basically, anything to make your booth work for you!

I have also attached the application, as well as the rules/regulations. Each vendor must sign them, signifying their understanding of the terms of the booth rental and return them to the address listed on the page, along with the rental fee.
As space is filling up quickly, please contact me with any questions you may have or to rent space. We ask that you send your application, along with your check in as quickly as possible, since space is rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Again, the address is on the form below. Please respond via email if you are interested, so I can "map you out a spot"! But remember, your space is not "reserved" until you have paid.
